MOBILITY COORDINATORS HELP MAKE TXDOT TRANSPARENT TO THE PUBLIC

Mobility coordinators are part of TxDOT's desire to let the public know exactly how it's working on their behalf. They're like customer-service representatives for the department: they keep information about project construction flowing to TxDOT's customers, while returning feedback to the department regarding public satisfaction with work performed. | Read More

TXDOT SURVEYS MORE THAN LAND

If you are one of the 30 million travelers on I-35 each year, TxDOT wants to hear from you. In an effort to improve the traveling experience between Salado and Hillsboro during the I-35 Expansion Project, TxDOT has created an online survey available at http://my35survey.org. The survey results will help fine tune the construction traveler information system to ensure lane closures and travel delays are communicated to travelers in a timely manner. | Read More

One benefit of careful planning is to ensure the environment is minimally impacted by construction. In this issue, we'll give you some more detail on the technologies and techniques TxDOT employs to make that happen. | Read More
